GRA provides an opportunity for high-potential endurance sport athletes to train and race in a performance focused environment. Our international community consists of three teams; The Elite team, The Collective team, and The GRA Club.

 

The Elite Team: Members participate in a professional race calendar with elite coaching, equipment, and support, whilst simultaneously studying towards a qualification or employment path. Our mission for this team is to help build a development pathway for young high potential athletes with aspirations for a career in endurance sport whilst building foundations for the future. Performance requirements for this team are strict.

The Collective Team: Members follow the same advanced coaching program applied to our elite team that has consistently produced significant performance improvements. Members represent GRA internationally and are invited to join camps with us, race with us, compete in our exclusive kit, and feel apart of a likeminded group of ambitious non-professional athletes. This team is designed to progress performance as far as possible whilst having to balance other life commitments. Athletes must come within 20% of their AG winner to be eligible for this team.

The GRA Club: ​Members are remotely coached by the same staff as our highest performing athletes and are invited to attend training camps and races with us. This is our open group of passionate triathletes who enjoy training and racing and being part of a bigger movement.

All of the above teams are coached out of Girona for the 2024 season. 2025 will see the launch of our GRA Houses, with more localised support in strategic locations across Europe and USA.
